We want you and your furry friend to love every Frenchie Bulldog product you receive. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are happy to help with a return request that meets our guidelines.

Return Requirements

To be eligible for a return:

• Items must be requested within 30 days of delivery.
• Products must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and free of pet hair.
• Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging.
• Products that have been altered, damaged, or used cannot be accepted.

For pet safety and hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns of products that have been worn by pets.

Final Sale Items

Sale items, promotional items marked as final sale, gift cards, and downloadable products are not eligible for returns or refunds.

How To Start A Return

To request a return:

3. Wait for return instructions before sending your package.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received was incorrect or defective.

Refund Process

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding approval or rejection of your refund.

Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method.

Please allow 5–7 business days for your bank or payment provider to complete the refund process.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive an incorrect or damaged item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order information and photos of the product.

We will review your request and provide the appropriate solution.

Exchanges

At this time, we do not offer direct exchanges.

If you need a different size, color, or style, please place a new order and return the original unused item following our return guidelines.

Return instructions and shipping details will be provided after your return request has been approved.
